All applications for residency at Azlewood Apartments are processed through a credit verification service.

Please note we are NOT a second chance leasing or a low income property.

All Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

RENTERS INSURANCE: Renters insurance is required before move-in. Feel free to use the link above to establish renters insurance through a third party. The process takes less than 90 seconds and is very affordable.

INCOME: Applicants monthly gross income must be at least 3 (three) times the amount of your monthly rent.

RENTAL HISTORY: We require verifiable and satisfactory rental history. First & last month's rent an option in lieu of.

EMPLOYMENT: Applicants must be able to provide Employment verification along with income verification in the form of pay-stubs.

CREDIT HISTORY: Information must match what is provided on your application and show satisfactory credit history.

If we are unable to process this information, your rental application may be denied.

FEES:
$400.00-$500.00 Security Deposit
$50 Application Fee (per applicant; $75 married)
$50 Administration Fee

$15 Trash, $10 Pest control, $3 Utility Fee

Additional Fees
$200 per animal one-time charge

$300 Pet deposit

$20 Monthly pet fee (under 25 lbs)

* Rent does not include providers for your electric or water
